Sea Moss Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 container of plant-based yogurt (I used So-Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative)

  • 1 8oz cup of orange juice

  • 2 tsp Sea Moss Gel

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 90 seconds on medium.

  2. Pour into a glass or to go container and enjoy.

Creamy Sea Moss and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup sea moss

  • 6 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 lb mixed mushrooms (such as portobello, cremini, and oyster), sliced

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine sea moss and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until sea moss has dissolved.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic over medium heat until tender and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add the sautéed mushroom mixture to the pot with the sea moss broth. Stir in almond or cashew milk and nutritional yeast, then simmer for an additional 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Blueberry Sea Moss Jam recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Add the lemon juice, blueberries, and maple syrup into a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a low boil for about 5 minutes.

2. Mash the blueberries with a wooden spoon, so they release their juice and turn the heat to medium-high for about 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced by half. Stir well to make sure the jam does not stick to the saucepan.

3. Turn off the heat and add the sea moss gel. Stir until it's completely dissolved into the jam.

4.Once the jam has cooled, pour it into an airtight food container. There are no preservatives here, so keep your sea moss jam refrigerated and use it within one week or freeze it.

Sea Moss Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats

  • 2 Tbl Sea Moss Gel

  • 1 cup liquid (Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Water)

  • Toppings of choice (fresh fruit, nuts, honey, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Add oats, sea moss, liquid choice into pot and bring to boil. 

  2. Reduce to simmer for 5-10 in (depending on oats) 

  3. Once oats are cooked, remove from stove and add your favorite toppings.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
